Arnaud Blondel has a background in physical chemistry of proteins and molecular dynamics methods. After a postdoc with Martin Karplus, he joined the Institut Pasteur, where he develops novel methods to grasp the functional mechanisms of proteins with the aim to identify potent binding sites to find novel types of inhibitors along innovative strategies.
